What D’Leanne achieved in our recent sale price, when you consider the context of this uncertain economic climate of rising interest rates, what she delivered was truly remarkable. She was able to achieve a price for us that is consistent with estimates of its value before the recent barrage of interest rate rises by the Reserve Bank. In the interim period, after D’Leanne provided us with her initial valuation of our property, prices had dramatically fallen across our area due to persistent interest rate hikes and a worrying economic forecast, yet D’Leanne achieved a terrific sale price for our property without any evidence of a fall in its value. Working with estate agents has the potential to be an unpleasant experience, however dealing with D’Leanne is in fact the exact opposite… a pleasurable experience. We first bought a property from D’Leanne & our whole involvement was positive & enjoyable. We already had another agent showing our house ‘off market’ prior to our purchase through D’Leanne, however we were sufficiently impressed with the way our purchase was handled by D’Leanne that we agreed to allow her to also show our home, initially ‘off market’ as we wanted to be private about the sale. It soon became evident that D’Leanne was the superior agent, she introduced new people from her data base, qualified the potential buyers & rightly convinced us to proceed to a full marketing campaign.
