“The Hospital does such good work. When my baby Nava was born 15 months ago she was in in ICU for 2 weeks and they literally saved her life. When we first started contributing to Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation a few years ago I never thought in my wildest dreams we would ever need their support and life saving measures. When we did, while incredibly scary, I also felt so incredibly comforted by the fact that I knew my most precious gift was in the safest of hands. The care, love and attention that was given to Nava and to me as a new mum made such a difference and I feel honoured that our company can support such an important institution.”
HOPE Charity
I am pleased to be an Ambassador for this wonderful charity.
HOPE Charity by Catholic Care provides individual help for young pregnant women, and young mothers with complex needs, such as homelessness, mental health, a history of trauma or who have been in foster care.
HOPE organises one-on-one support for young pregnant women aged 16-25 or who have a child under the age of two.
Every situation is different, and the caring & supportive HOPE staff help each young mother and her children to develop and put a support network in place.
The charity helps:
- Young mothers with pregnancy support
- Child development education
- Assistance with access to housing support
- Support to gain employment

It’s About Us is a not-for-profit company based in Sydney Jo founded her charity to help those who have been affected by cancer. She developed scrapbook software for cancer patients to document their journeys and leave memories for their loved ones to pass on.
